EULA - End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement is a legal contract between end user (either an individual or a single business entity) and Stensoft company Poland. Product appears in this agreement as the StenGuard server computer program with accompanied libraries and functional modules.
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT DON'T INSTALL PRODUCT.
1. PRODUCT LICENSE TERMS. Following acceptance of this Agreement, you may install and use one copy of the Product. You may install the single copy on one hard disk or other storage device for one computer, and you may access and use the StenGuard server application at that location so long as only one copy of the Program is in operation. You may make copies of the Program software necessary for normal backup purposes. License can be purchased on per-network base. Price depends on network host count.
You may not rent, lease, lend the Product or take any financial profits basing on its contents. DEMO version of the Product can be freely distributed.
2. RESPONSIBILITY. Although Stensoft company has released tested and verified software it still may contain some errors. Due to computer software nature it can fail in some situations. End user assumes responsibility for the use of the Product.
3. End user cannot modify or disassembly binary contents of this software.
4. End user agrees that he won't use the Product as spy software to steal important data or make any kind of damages to other entities.
